By visiting https://greerweave.com/, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority in your place of residence or use this website with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use this website or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Safety

Milkyboo makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, and prices accurately.

Minor differences in color, shape, texture, size, finish, or rebound characteristics may occur and are not considered defects unless they materially affect normal use.

Milkyboo squishies are not food. Do not eat, bite, lick, or place them in the mouth. Follow all product warnings, age recommendations, and care instructions. Stop using a product if it tears, leaks, or becomes damaged.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Milkyboo may cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, or an unsupported delivery address.

If Milkyboo cancels a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

5. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from China.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders of $69.99 USD or more receive free standard shipping. Orders below $69.99 USD are charged $15 USD for standard shipping.

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Milkyboo does not accept returns.

A partial or full refund may be available for a verified quality defect, delivery damage, missing product, or incorrect product.

The problem must be reported on the same calendar day that the package is recorded as delivered. Customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, complete opening process, and reported problem.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Milkyboo name, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website to commit fraud, transmit harmful code, violate another person’s rights, interfere with website security, or engage in unlawful activity.

Milkyboo may restrict access or cancel orders associated with fraudulent or abusive conduct.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, tracking, and social-media services.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Milkyboo is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milkyboo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
